The Crucible is a high-performance thermic lance engineered with a precision Crucible (cross-shaped) internal insert that optimises oxygen flow distribution for a more powerful and consistent exothermic reaction. Manufactured with a 20mm x 1.5mm outer tube, the Crucible delivers enhanced cutting, boring, and tapping performance across ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Each 3m / 6m length is crimped approximately every 1000mm and features an M20 x 1.5mm thread at one end for secure connection. The Crucible insert design maximises thermal energy output while maintaining efficient oxygen consumption, making it ideal for demanding industrial environments where reliability and performance are critical. Available in batch quantities from 50 to 1,000 units with tiered pricing to suit projects of any scale.
